FAULT / RETURN TERMS APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS

The phone, address, and email information provided in the form must be correct. Any changes to the contact information must be reported in writing to X Koren Elektrik A.Ş. Deliveries, notifications, etc. sent to the provided address will be considered delivered even if the recipient is not present at the address.
2) For any damages that may occur during shipping, the product should be inspected by the cargo officer, and a report should be drawn up if any issues are observed.
3) Damages and malfunctions resulting from natural disasters such as fire, flood, water damage, lightning, etc., poor power quality, or usage contrary to the instructions in the user manual shall be the responsibility of the customer.
4) Products with a broken, damaged, or tampered body are not covered by the warranty regardless of the sales invoice date and are not eligible for replacement.
5) Products without a sales invoice will be evaluated based on the sales invoice issued by X Koren Elektrik. Products older than 2 (two) years are not covered by warranty regardless of the cause of the malfunction.
6) For products under warranty, transportation/cargo costs for sending the product to and from the factory for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are borne by X Koren Elektrik.
7) For products under warranty, in the case of malfunctions resulting from user error, the cargo cost for sending the product to the factory is borne by the user, while the cargo cost for the product sent from the factory is borne by X Koren Elektrik. (!)
8) For products with expired warranty, both the cargo cost for sending the product to the factory and the cargo cost for the product sent from the factory are borne by the user.
9) The repair or replacement of a defective product is carried out solely by X Koren Elektrik Customer Services. Replacement is not applicable for products that can be repaired.
10) The removal or reinstallation of the defective product is the responsibility of the customer.
11) X Koren Elektrik may provide telephone support regarding the technical specifications, commissioning, etc. of its products.
12) For products with expired warranty, after repair, the warranty period for the repaired or maintained parts is 1 year and starts from the date the product is dispatched from the factory. For products under warranty, the repair duration is added to the warranty period.
13) Products for which labor and material costs exceed 85% of the sales invoice will not be subject to repair and maintenance and will be scrapped with the customer's knowledge.
14) It is essential that the customer/dealer sends defective products to X Koren Elektrik with a delivery note. The return process can only be carried out through a dealer. Products intended for return will be subject to inspection and evaluation by customer services. If the product is deemed eligible for return after the inspection and evaluation, a return invoice will be issued by the dealer and the product will be accepted back.

PRODUCT USER INFORMATION
SENDER NAME / ADDRESS : These are the details of the location where the product is installed (e.g., factory, park, residence, etc.).
PHONE / FAX: These are the contact details of the business or authorized persons that can be contacted regarding the product.
EMAIL: This will be used for sending notification emails regarding the product. If the product is sent directly from the business, the notification emails will be sent to this email. For products sent by the business, the third section does not need to be filled in.

PRODUCT NAME/CODE: These are the identifying details printed on the product.
